Refer a friend terms and conditions
This program entitles current customers to receive a complimentary $100 credit to their CMC Markets account for each new customer they refer to CMC Markets Canada Inc. Each referred customer is entitled to receive a complimentary $100 credit if they open a new account with CMC Markets Canada Inc., subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
- This program is available to current customers who refer new customers. A new customer is someone who has never held an account with CMC Markets Canada.
- A customer cannot refer themselves by opening either a Joint Account or Corporate Account.
- A referred customer must first fund his/her account with a minimum of $2000 to open a CFD/FX account before he/she qualifies for the complimentary $100.
- The complimentary $100 is intended for trading with CMC Markets, it can therefore not be withdrawn by the referred customer for six months and the first trade must be executed within 31 days from the initial deposit of funds to the CMC Markets’ account.
- CMC Markets shall fund both the referring and new customer's account with the complimentary $100 at the end of the month where the referred client has made their first (1st) trade, provided that all of these Terms and Conditions are met.
- Referred customer accounts are subject to CMC Markets’ standard account opening procedures including one’s qualification as an accredited investor.
- Each referred customer shall qualify for the complimentary $100 once only.
- A full disclosure acknowledgment of this referral program will be required from the referred customer.
- This program cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
- These terms and conditions may be changed without notice and at the sole discretion of CMC Markets Canada Inc.
- This offer is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time for any reason.
