Under existing legislation, CMC Markets Canada is prohibited from allowing US customers to effect CFD and FX transactions in financial products.

Canadian Restrictions

At this time, only retail clients resident in Quebec and Ontario and accredited investors for the rest of Canada are allowed to open accounts.
