For new customers
Once your account is ready for trading, simply contact us within the first 60 days of activating your account, and let us know you would like to take advantage of your "Trade for a day with no losses" day. We are pleased to help you get started and available to help you with any questions you may have. Simply contact us at 1-866-884-2608 Option 2.
For invited customers
If you have received a special invitation via email, then please contact us within the promotional period identified in the invitation and simply let us know you are interested in taking advantage of the offer made to you to "Trade for a day with no losses". Then, log in to Marketmaker™ on any day in the time period specified on your invitation, and begin trading your selected instrument.
Who’s eligible?
"Trade for day with no losses" is for new CMC Markets clients or for those clients of CMC Markets who may be invited to participate.
What can I trade?
You may trade any one of the following CFD mini instruments. There is no limit on the number of trades, although there are limits on the maximum position size that may be held.

Do I get a full day’s trading?
Yes, you may trade for 24 hours beginning 5:00 pm ET on your chosen day.
How many times can I trade during the day?
You may trade as many times as you like for the 24 hour period.
What happens if I trade other instruments during "Trade for a day with no losses"?
"Trade for a day with no losses" applies only to trades on a specific instrument as chosen by you. If you trade instruments not listed in the table above, you will be subject to full exposure of CFD trading profits and losses as outlined in our terms and conditions.
What if I lose money?
Don’t worry – this is a day for you to practice trading in the real market with CMC markets. It allows you to get familiar with Marketmaker™ and contracts for difference (CFDs). Any loss on the day will be reimbursed to your trading account within two working days.
But what if I make a profit?
We couldn’t be happier! Any profits will be credited to your trading account – a great start for future trading.
